Water Ski Bindings & Parts
Bindings for Slalom and Pair Skis
Water ski bindings are the straps securing your feet to the water skis. The boot component is typically crafted from EVA or rubber, while the binding plates affixed to the skis are manufactured from durable plastic. Frequently referred to as water ski boots, they are available in a range of styles worth knowing about prior to purchasing.
Two Varieties of Water Ski Bindings
Binders for water skis are available in two designs: dual boot bindings and boot plus rear toe piece bindings. Dual boot slalom bindings restrain both feet securely with minimal movement, providing skiers with stability and enhancing performance levels.
Boot and rear toe piece bindings, in contrast, keep the front foot secured in a boot, whereas the rear foot is placed into a toe strap, with the heel allowed freedom of motion. This style offers greater mobility for adjusting the rear foot to aid balance. It is more suitable for newcomers and is also an ideal option when multiple skiers use the same ski in turns.
Also present in this category are various replacement parts for water ski bindings, such as binding plates, which are often compatible only with specific bindings. Should you be uncertain, we welcome you to contact our customer service.
