How Should You Wear Your Helmet?
To ensure the helmet offers the best protection, it is crucial you wear it correctly.
Helmets positioned too low on the forehead may impede your vision. Conversely, if worn too high, they increase the risk of injury during a collision.
Your helmet needs to be worn horizontally, level with your eyebrows. Avoid having it tilt backwards on your head. It should fit snugly, and you must securely fasten the straps beneath your chin.
For a comfortable fit, use helmet padding of the right size.
Determining Head Measurement
To measure your head circumference, wrap the tape measure just above your ears and eyebrows. Your helmet should rest low and level on your head with no tilting.
