Sorry Santa’s stuck in France, but here have this paper print out of a picture of what you are getting. Ridiculous I asked for the delivery to be stopped as I’d have to make alternate arrangements. We tried to turn the parcel around via GLS. However, we are in this depending on GLS, who needs to be able to communicate this in time with their depot and the specific deliverer and unfortunataly failed in this. No update on parcel in 48 hours. Seems to be stuck in endless loop going between hubs in France. Contacted yesterday who said they would raise a query with GLS and come back to me, havent yet heard anything but in the mean time I rang GLS advised that the parcel is not set to even arrive in Ireland for 5 days! a full week after the est del date,. Very upset. I have to give 5 stars to skatepro. Any time I contact them they are really helpful.very kind and offer a great service. Just really sad I wont have my parcel for my Birthday now as 2nd Nov. My package came. Sadly have to report there is a large split in my board and marks all over the grip tape. There is rush on axles of trucks and nuts on wheel end have been marked as if skated them prev and landed in Primo - awaiting update from SkatePro Claims" | |
