When buying freeskates, it is important to get the perfect size, which we understand is very difficult to do online. We try to help and ease this process as much as possible, however, everyone's feet are different and skates can fit differently. It is very odd though that skates are still uncomfortable even after they have been heat molded... Unfortunately, once this is done, we cannot accept the skates back anymore as they have been customized. Our claims department advised to try out liners to see if this would improve the fit.
