Postage issues can happen but there is no excuse for ignoring customer emails. And then today I get an email asking if I like the products and asking for a review. No I am not happy. I would think this was all a scam if it wasn't for the fact that apparently some other customers are happy with their orders. Assuming the other reviews are genuine!
