General F-One Wing, Surf and SUP, and Kite Foil Board Guide:

Beginner:

• Pick a board with a volume equal to user weight plus 40 liters
• Beginners will normally pick a board with a volume of 100 Liters and above
• Stability for a good learning progress

Intermediate:

• Pick a board with a volume equal to user weight
• Stability and control with focus on improvement

Advanced:

• Pick a board with a volume equal to user weight minus 15 Liters
• Gives you more maneuverability, responsiveness and speed.
