| "Great scooter. First one I received, was loose in the head tube which caused the front wheel being able to turn 2-3cm to each side without the handlebar moving. Was returned to Skatepro. Handling of RMA was a little longer than expected, but given the time around summer holidays and with Corona, I think handling time was okay. Everyone I was in touch with was very kind and professional. In they end I got money back to procure new scooter as they where not able to fix the first one. Went with same model. Have only been out on one ride on it, but feels much better. So all in all I'm happy with Skatepro and the scooter. 5 stars if first scooter didn't have had any defects." | |
