Description
NOTE: Cannot be mounted on skis with pre-mounted NIS plates.
This represents the IFP set (Integrated Fixation Plate) - designed for Turnamic cross-country bindings from Fischer and Rossignol. This plate facilitates the attachment of bindings to the skis.
The IFP set serves as the link between skis and bindings, enabling you to easily adjust the binding slightly forward or backward.
Moving it forward offers increased grip, while adjusting it backward enhances glide.
These mounting plates for Fischer cross-country bindings include all necessary components to get you skiing.
With regard to fitting the IFP plates, Fischer states that the drilling pattern is a "Screw mount plate SNS pattern." This indicates you can employ a Salomon SNS mounting jig to create the hole patterns for the IFP screws in the cross-country skis. Always ensure to check, with care, that the holes on the plates align correctly with those in the jig.
