These Tacks 9040 Ice Hockey skates are the most budget-friendly option within the Tacks range. They function well as beginner-level ice hockey skates or for casual skating sessions.

Equipped with the SpeedBlade Pro runner and holder, featuring a non-replaceable runner within the holder. The slight elevation of the holder enhances an aggressive attack angle.

The 9040 Skates boast injected mesh, delivering the stiffness required for effective energy transfer. Additionally, they are fitted with a comfortable brushed microfibre liner, which offers a high resistance to wear and tear.

Notice: From our experience with CCM, we have opted to list the skates with sizes corresponding to actual shoe sizes. Thus, when choosing a new skate, simply align it with your current shoe size.

CCM employs its unique conversion table and labels the product boxes with its own “EU-sizes”. This implies that the box is unlikely to correspond with your selected size, hence we strongly recommend trying on the skates before any returns.
