The Substance is a Mid Bottom bracket that comes with sealed precision bearings, CNC'd spacers, tube spacers, a sprocket bolt, and all additional spacers required for ideal alignment.

Important:

Before purchasing a bottom bracket, ensure compatibility with your frame type. If it lacks integrated cups, an American bottom bracket would be suitable. However, if your frame includes integrated cups, the bearings will not fit in the sockets.
