Description
Marker Alpinist Adjustable 8 bindings are ideal for your touring adventures into the unprepared backcountry, offering excellent features for hiking, climbing, and descending. The bindings have a DIN setting range from 3 to 10. For optimal performance, ensure that your DIN setting is positioned around the midpoint of this range. Weighing just 535 g, these bindings are exceptionally lightweight. We advise opting for a brake arm that is 10 mm to 15 mm wider than the ski waist.
- Climbing Aids Kingpin provides 7° or 13° of support during climbs, accessible with your ski pole even in precarious standing positions
- The pin toe structure is reinforced with carbon fibre to boost rigidity, and pads at the toe-piece base help prevent icing
- QuickFlick Heel Lifts are simple to engage with either the pole or hand
- A multidirectional mechanism allows you to manage the heel lock with either hand, facilitating easy mode changes
- Includes Long Elastic Travel, a long lever that minimises early release risks, permitting skiers to set the release value according to ISO standards
- A system for tethering specific crampons to the binding
