The Root Industries Type R GT Stunt Scooter is the ideal pro-level park scooter. It features a generous 5-inch deck and 600mm tall bars, offering abundant room for performing tricks. The Type R GT is equipped with innovative elements, including HMA aluminium bars, Lotus wheels, a GT clamp, Fractal grips, an Air headset, and cold-forged one-piece forks.

The Type R GT deck offers ample foot space, reducing the risk of flyouts. Constructed from a unique Magnesium-rich 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium alloy, the deck is remarkably lightweight yet strong, due to its triple-channel cavity design. HMA bars are crafted from a Hi-Modulus Alloy that maintains the lightness of regular aluminium but is 25% stronger. Lotus wheels have evolved from Honeycore wheels and are made with a softer PU compound for improved control on smooth surfaces. The Ultra High Rebound Grip PU is tailored for indoor skateparks and smooth concrete, providing speed with added grip.

The Type R GT also includes our new Fractal grips, created using AI to form efficient grooves that disperse sweat more quickly, ensuring your hands remain dry and enhancing grip. The sleek GT clamp reduces the scooter's weight while delivering excellent clamping strength with dual high tensile 6mm bolts.
