Day two brought a problem with the scooter though in that it developed a clicking noise in the headset. I fired off a quick e-mail to the claims department,including a suitable video. E-mail was quickly replied to by Paulina and the problem was rapidly identified. The suggested remedy cured the problem and I am pleased to report that the scooter is now performing as expected. Problem was dealt with quickly and professionally , I was suitably impressed as I am with the quality of the scooter. Well worth the money." | |
