These Chaya skates are ideal for novices keen to start roller derby. The skates provide an excellent foundation without being too costly. The boot is exceptionally soft with even softer padding to ensure a comfortable fit. Constructed from a composite material, it is easy to maintain and resistant to scratches. It features a low cut for optimal manoeuvrability.

The Shari 3.0 plate on these Ruby skates combines nylon and fibreglass, offering high resistance to wear, durability, and being lightweight. It can be mounted to most Chaya boots with the Dual Centre Mounting, which also permits you to adjust the boot's angle to suit your specific riding style on the plate. The Power toe system enhances power, speed, and control while maintaining subtle pre-tension in your muscles, allowing you to react more swiftly.

The Ruby does not make use of the DCM mounting system in this configuration. It employs a traditional four-bolt setup.
