Description
The Roces EGO 3x110 TIF freeskates are an excellent choice for those interested in getting into this sport. They are crafted for thrilling and fast-paced urban freestyle and freeskate adventures. With these Roces freeskates, you will encounter a hard boot. Therefore, if you seek good power transfer and support, the hard boot construction will fulfil these needs.
Note on sizing: The Roces EGO 3x110 TIF comes with an aggressive V-cut. Please refer to our specifications for further details on V-cut. This design may result in the skates feeling smaller, notably if your foot is not fully pushed to the skates heel. Additionally, the skate is narrow.
We suggest opting for one size larger, according to our size guide.
- A High-Cut cuff provides maximum ankle support for stabilisation and reduces muscle fatigue
- The aluminium frame ensures direct handling characteristics while being incredibly lightweight
- A flat setup with identical wheel sizes offers a stable base
- 110mm wheels with a hardness of 85A perfectly complete this setup
- Removable liners that are ventilated, shock absorbing, and anatomically shaped
- The blend of breathable mesh and foam in the liner ensures your feet stay comfy and well-ventilated
- Brake included in the package
Ensure that you inspect the screws before initial use and tighten them if needed. Additionally, it is important to regularly check the condition of the screws thereafter.
Notice: The strap/loop at the back of the boot is intended for carrying the skates and should not be pulled when putting them on.

"The price as the skates are just ok, but didn't fully match my expectations First thing is the size, I did go one size above and still tight, I even measured my foot in the way is explain in the size guidelines. You should go 2 size above Second they are not that fast as expected Third. I just have been using them for a week and the bearings form the back wheels are already slowly down the rotation and the one of the wheel is already very worn Considering the price 3 starts is ok"

"I'm really pleased with these skates. I've previously skated four (inline) wheels fitness K2 and this was my first experience in three wheels. Boots hold feet much tighter than K2 which gives more control, but not as soft and comfortable. That's I believe by design. Since I bought these skates I skated only once for couple of hours and tested in all possible ways. In compare with four wheelers they are much more manoeuvrable and more dangerous. The grip with the road is less, so you have to take that into account too! So far I liked my new purchase. The quality is very good, skates are probably even lighter than K2. I like aluminium frame and big wheels! Delivery (to the UK) was within declared time, no customs clearance needed. I tracked the parcel daily :) Size wise: I bought one size bigger than my normal trainers size and they sit very well."

"I have bought a set in size 8 which is a size up than my shoes and the same size as K2 inline skates I have. The overall quality seems fine for casual/fitness rollerblading. The hard boot is too tight in general and the left one is awkward in the ankle area - it hurts my left ankle and I have to wear a protector. The insole is too thin for my liking but does the job. In general, less comfortable than my K2s. Putting on/taking off these skates is a hard job that takes time and requires some force. If you can spend more, buy more expensive ones. If you are on a strict budget, as I had set up for myself, buy these. I ride between 3 to 12 mil, on mostly rough tarmac, and in general it is an enjoyable experience. The wheels are large enough to skim over the cracks and fast enough to enjoy the ride. The skates seem a reasonable choice but the trade-off may be a little annoying and sometimes frustrating."

Reply from SkatePro: Hey there, Thank you for the awesome review 😊 I like how detailed it is. I agree with most of your comments, at the end of the day it is a mid-budget skate, that offers some awesome features. I think you would agree for those on a budget these skates are very suitable. The wheels on these due to the size of the wheels are forgiving and make skating an enjoyable experience. All the best / Sean |

"The skates are good, but need some upgrades to feel great. The liner is a bit on the thin and floppy side. The laces are too short, they are also round which makes it hard to do them up tight. My ankle doesn't feel as "locked in" as it should. I changed the liner for the MyFit one in my aggressive skates and changed the laces for CCP waxed hockey laces. The new liner is much better and with the long waxed laces I can pull them tight and wrap them around the ankle cuff for more support. The skates now feel great. The metal frame offers amazing power transfer and with the big wheels I am flying around my city. They are a bargain at £159.99, but if I was buying again I think I would spend a bit more money and go for the Rollerblade Twister Edge or the Powerslide Megacruiser. The service from SkatePro was excellent as usual."

"I love the three large wheels and the skates are very fun. I like the"invisible" frame. However, the boots aren't very comfortable and give me bruises on my ankles."

"It's been about 25 years since I've had a pair of inline Skates and I regret waiting that long. These Roces are a great way to get back into it. These are considered budget skates, but for me, I really didn't notice any shortcuts or places where they seemed to skimped out on. I did upgrade the insoles with some Superfeet (I usually replace all my insoles in all my shoes and boots), I also replaced the laces with some waxed hockey laces. Shipping was pretty quick considering they came from Europe. My skates arrived within 7 days of order. I'd recommend Egos for everyone getting into the sport, or someone who doesn't have too much to spend. As for Skate Pro, I'll definitely order from them again."
